| Select the desired test from the menu. Add the required sample volume to the cuvette. Mix the cuvette by tilting it and thermostat it in the cell designed for this purpose for 5 minutes.

As soon as the analyzer issues a "beep", read the sample's "blank value". Add the R2 reaction agent to the pre-warmed cuvette, following the instructions of the methodology employed, mix it by tilting it and thermostat the cuvette in the heating cell. | |

As soon as the analyzer issues a "beep", read the resulting value. Reaction times vary according to the test and can last up to 3 minutes. | |

The result is displayed and printed. It is possible to analyze up to a maximum of 14 samples per test session. |
