| Select the desired test from the menu. Insert the pre-vialed cuvettes in the cells and warm them for at least 5 minutes. | |
| Thoroughly mix the container and take the required amount of fat sample with the micropipette, verifying that the external surface of the tip is not soiled to avoid adding an excessive amount of sample. | |
| Follow the instructions applicable to methodology employed. Reaction times vary according to the test and can last up to 3 minutes. | |
| Mix the sample by tilting the cuvette several times and read the measured value. The result is displayed and printed. |
