PalmOilTester at PIPOC 2009

From 9th to 12th November in Kuala Lumpur there will be the International Palm Oil Congress, during which CDR PalmOilTester will be presented by its Malaysian distributor PLT Scientific. The International Palm Oil Congress (PIPOC) is a biennial event organized by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB). This year it will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (Malaysia) from 9th to 12th November 2009 and its theme will be "Balancing Ecologics with Economics". It will focus on the importance of palm oil in the oils and fats industry and on the need to balance its growth respecting environment. The congress is organized in 5 concurrent conferences covering the upstream, midstream, downstream, economics and marketing and provides a strategic platform of interaction for the players of the palm oil industry. The conferences are:  

• Agricultural, Biotechnology & Sustainability Conference
• Food, Lifestyle & Health
• Chemistry, Processing Technology & Bio-Energy
• Oleo and Specialty Chemicals Conference
• Global Economics and marketing Conference.

  During the congress will be discuss strategic research and development points and will be draw up new strategies to better develop palm oil industry.   In concomitance with the congress there will be also an exhibition. It provides an opportunity for delegates to view new products and new technology related to the oil and fats industry as well as to provide networking opportunities for buyers and sellers.   During the exhibition, CDR PalmOilTester will be presented by its Malaysian distributor PLT Scientific at stand number 95.
